The gourmet restaurant, run by chef and owner Philippe Stoque, offers a classic and refined French cuisine, with a Provencal touch and fresh herbs and vegetables from the hotel's vegetable garden.
It is a “must” for gourmets who visit the region, with a menu that changes regularly and offers dishes such as foie gras with jam, green tomatoes with Martinique vanilla and hot brioche, or medallions of lamb in a thyme crust with “snake” eggplants and smoked garlic. Local mushrooms and game are served seasonally. Vegetarians, vegans and people with allergies are welcome and a three-course vegetarian gourmet menu is available.
Wednesday - Sunday: 12 PM - 2 PM.
Our terrace is open: 10 AM - 6 PM.
Every evening, we provide room service as well.
On Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon, you can only order our menu (no a la carte).
