The gastronomic restaurant, with chef and owner Philippe Stoque at the helm, serves classic, assured French gastronomy with a Provençale twist, featuring fresh vegetables and herbs from the hotel’s bounteous kitchen garden.
Scoring 14/20 in the Gault & Millau guide and three forks in the Guide Michelin, it is a “must-visit” for gourmets visiting the area, with a regularly changing menu serving dishes such as foie gras with green tomato jam with Martinique vanilla and warm brioche, or lamb medallions in a thyme crust with “snake” aubergines and smoked garlic. Local mushrooms and game are served in season. Vegetarians, vegans and diners with allergies are welcomed and a three course gastronomic vegetarian menu is available.
The dining room is a light, elegant space in harmony with the surrounding natural environment and diners can eat on the pretty shaded terrace when the weather permits.
A spectacular wine list puts the excellent local Moselle wines and the wines of Provence in the spotlight, but also boasts a wonderful and comprehensive selection of classic Grands Crus.
